Spectr is an AI ProductOps tool for product teams. It turns your meetings into specs, user stories and tickets for Jira, Linear or Shortcut, and keeps your project's knowledge up to date as the conversation goes on.

Spectr also keeps a scope log with a decision on every out-of-scope ask, versioned requirement documents, the project team and its roles, budget from Harvest and Forecast, and product health from PostHog and Sentry.

Keep them. Spectr doesn't record calls; it imports from Fathom, Granola, Read.ai and Fireflies, or a transcript you paste in or upload. It reads each meeting's notes with your docs, designs and code, drafts the stories, and publishes them to your backlog.

A prompt drafts text from whatever you paste into it. Spectr pulls in the context itself from Notion, Figma, GitHub and Google Drive, checks each draft against what's already in your backlog, and publishes structured stories to Linear, Jira or Shortcut. Each meeting also updates the project memory the next draft reads from.

No. Meetings stay in your note-taker and the backlog stays in Linear, Jira or Shortcut. Your product team can review the drafts together in Spectr before publishing them.

About 15 minutes. Connect a note-taker and your tracker, pin a few docs, and import one meeting. If you stop, everything Spectr published stays in your backlog as ordinary tickets.

Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and everything in transit uses TLS 1.2 or later. Notion, Figma, GitHub, Google Drive, Harvest, Forecast, PostHog and Sentry are connected read-only. You can delete any transcript at any time, and it is removed from storage.

From PostHog and Sentry, Spectr stores aggregate figures, never person-level records. Free text such as error messages goes through an identifier scrubber first, and the privacy policy says exactly what it catches and what it misses. About context: Spectr reads a whole meeting - up to 200,000 characters of it - together with the documents pinned to your project, and larger plans carry more project memory, up to 100,000 characters on Business.
